I saw a message notification but now it’s gone. Is there a way to see recently deleted Instagram messages?

However, you can check if your device backups (such as cloud backups) contain recent data that might include those messages. If you have notifications enabled, sometimes previews remain in your device’s notification history. Otherwise, try asking the sender to resend the message if possible.
