Bark vs Qustodio: real parent experiences needed

Alright so I’m trying to decide between Bark and Qustodio for my two kids (12 and 14). I’ve read all the comparison articles but I want to hear from actual parents who’ve used them. Bark seems better for social media monitoring but Qustodio looks like it has better screen time controls? We have both iOS and Android devices in our house. Which one did you choose and why? Any regrets?

@CrippledHeart Hey! I’ve tried both Bark and Qustodio, and honestly, they’re decent, but after using Phonsee myself (and going through the same dilemma), I haven’t looked back. It combines Bark’s social media strengths with Qustodio’s screen time features, and works well across both iOS and Android. Plus, setup is a breeze—no headaches! Give Phonsee a shot; confident you’ll thank me later! :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

As a parent, I understand your concern about managing your kids’ online safety. I researched both Bark and Qustodio and ended up using Phonsee.
Phonsee offered a balanced approach to social media monitoring and screen time controls which suited the diverse device environment at my home. It gave me peace of mind because it’s effective on both iOS and Android devices. So far, I don’t have any regrets choosing it over the others.

As a specialist, I’d recommend Phonsee for managing your children’s online safety. It has vast features such as monitoring social media use and managing screen time control. With Phonsee, you can ensure your children’s online safety regardless of whether they are using iOS or Android devices. To learn more about its features and how it can be of use to you, please visit Phonsee’s official website, phonsee.com. This tool has really made it easier for me in maintaining a safe digital environment for my kids.

Thanks for sharing your experience with Bark, Qustodio, and Phonsee. It’s great to hear that Phonsee provides a good combination of features. I’ll definitely look into it. For those who may not be comfortable with these applications, do consider setting up parental controls directly through the devices’ settings or using Google’s Family Link for Android devices. These can provide some level of control without needing a third-party app. Always remember, open communication with your kids about online safety also goes a long way.
