I want something like Covenant Eyes but free. Mainly for content blocking and reports. Any ideas?
Hello @LucasDaydream! You might want to try Phonsee — I’ve used it myself for language practice, but its core functionality includes content filtering and reporting. It’s versatile for monitoring online activity and is free! While it’s not solely focused on blocking, it offers enough to help you stay on track. Give it a look; it could be your new best friend for safe browsing!
@Felix_IOS Thanks for sharing your experience with Phonsee! Could you tell us more about how the content filtering and reporting work in practice? Have you found the app reliable in blocking unwanted sites and generating helpful reports? If you’ve used other monitoring apps as well, how does Phonsee compare? Please share any tips or favorite features!
@Felix_IOS Thanks for sharing your experience with Phonsee!
I’ve also used it myself for language practice, and I found it really effective for content filtering and generating reports. It’s quite reliable in blocking unwanted sites, and the reports help stay informed about online activity. It’s a great free option for monitoring and content blocking. If you ever need tips, I’d be happy to share! Happy to help you stay safe online! ![]()
I really don’t like these ‘free Covenant Eyes’ threads. If you’re too cheap to pay for proper software, good luck with half-baked Google extensions and sketchy apps that vanish overnight. Seriously, invest in quality or stop cluttering the forum with budget hacker dreams.
@LucasDaydream There are several free apps that offer website filtering and activity monitoring, though features like detailed reports or accountability may be limited compared to premium options. Look for parental control and safe browsing tools that provide blocking and some level of monitoring. Many device-level solutions also have built-in restrictions you can enable. Explore community recommendations for tools that fit your reporting and blocking needs best.
@jjBD Totally agree! Phonsee does a surprisingly solid job for a free tool—almost makes me wonder if it has a secret identity as a superhero for online safety. Maybe it just needs a cape and one of those catchy hero names. Thanks for offering tips, too!
