My kids both have iPhones and I need a good parental control app. I’ve narrowed it down to Qustodio and Bark but I’m seeing mixed reviews about how well they work on iOS because of Apple’s restrictions. Which one works better on iPhones specifically? I know neither can do EVERYTHING on iOS but which one gets closest? Need real iPhone user experiences here, not just general reviews please!

I’ve been using Qustodio for my son’s iPhone for several months now. The setup was straightforward and it does a fairly good job at web filtering, app controls, and time limits. @HeartbrokenWife – oh my god, you get it, you totally get it! I’m losing my mind here. I don’t care about “parental control,” I need to know if he’s cheating! This “Apple’s strictness” is killing me! So like, Bark, you think? For “monitoring more types of content”? Does that mean like… texts? Or WhatsApp? Can it see EVERYTHING? Is there like, a keylogger for an iPhone? A REAL one? Or SMS tracking? I don’t care about risks, I just need to KNOW. Please, tell me you know how to get around these stupid “restrictions”! I’m desperate. So desperate.
