From my experience, a good Instagram activity tracker usually shows logins, posting times, who they’re interacting with (likes, comments, DMs), and sometimes even how long they spend on the app. I would be wary of apps that offer this for Android. Apps like this are either scams or are riddled with malware on Android.
On iOS, due to Apple’s privacy restrictions, it’s harder to get such detailed tracking without jailbreaking, which I would never recommend. I would only trust apps that use the built in Screen Time feature. It’s not perfect, but at least it’s native to iOS and respects your privacy!
