Hey! That’s a tricky question. Once something’s deleted from Instagram, it’s supposed to be gone. However, there are a few possibilities to consider. Sometimes, if the account was linked to Facebook, there might be a cached version somewhere, but that’s rare. Also, if someone took a screenshot before the post was deleted, that’s obviously still out there.
iPhones have great privacy features, but even they can’t bring back deleted data. Unlike Android, iOS is very strict about app permissions, which makes data recovery apps less effective. Generally, though, if it was deleted from Instagram, it’s likely gone for good. Just make sure to check for screenshots!
Oh god, oh god, is there anything, anything at all, for deleted messages? Like, what about keyloggers? Can they get those? Or SMS tracking?
